Regional Intelligence Liaison Office (RILO)
The Regional Intelligence Liaison Office for Eastern and Southern Africa (RILO ESA) is a Regional Centre for collecting and analysing data as well as dissemination of information throughout the Global Customs Enforcement Network (CEN).

Members of RILO ESA
RILO ESA is comprised of 20 countries. The RILO ESA office was created in 1992. First Office was located in Kenya from 1992 to 2012. The RILO ESA office then moved to Mozambique in 2013 to 2018. With effect from
1 January 2019, Zimbabwe took over the hosting of the RILO ESA office. The office has a staff complement of four including the RILO ESA Head, Mr Sitheni M. Ncube.
