The Regional Intelligence Liaison Office for Eastern and Southern Africa (RILO ESA) is a Regional Centre for collecting and analysing data as well as dissemination of information throughout the Global Customs Enforcement Network (CEN). The aim of this network is to enhance the effectiveness of global information and intelligence exchange as well as cooperation between all Customs Administrations tasked with combating trans-national crimes.

 

RILO ESA is one of the 11 Regional RILOs that act as fundamental pillars of the World Customs Organization (WCO)’s Enforcement Strategy, Intelligence and Information Exchange.
